Elizabeth received both her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. Her specific area of focus is perinatal mood disorders, including anxiety and depression, managing high risk pregnancies, coping with a complex medical diagnosis, perinatal loss, relationship issues, and the transition to parenthood. In addition to Blossom Method, Elizabeth currently works as a Women’s Health Social Worker at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She has spent many years in this healthcare setting gaining extensive experience with women’s issues. Supporting women and families from the point of preconception, journey through prenatal care, and with the transition to postpartum has been one of her passions. This passion is ever growing and has been strengthened by building her own family and becoming a mother herself.


Elizabeth is a member of The National Association of Perinatal Social Workers. She lives in the Edgewater neighborhood with her husband and young daughter.
